About the centre

Location

Wanalta Health is located at 52 Mount Pleasant Road, Belmont. Walking distance to the Belmont shopping centre, and a range of cafes and restaurants.

Off-street parking is available for practitioners, with separate (staff-only) access to the building. Ample street parking is available for clients, and the clinic is located on Route 42 (Stop 3 - Geelong to Deakin via South Valley Road).

A well-appointed waiting room with comfortable seating for clients to wait prior to your session. All rooms are spacious with high ceilings and plenty of natural night, and furnished with:

  • therapist chair

  • 2 oversized arm-chairs

  • desk and office chair

  • side tables

  • storage cupboards and shelving

  • additional floor lighting

  • whiteboard

Facilities

Bathroom amenities are available for practitioners and their clients.

In addition to the Consultation rooms, practitioners have access to a separate staff area, which includes:

  • Full kitchen facilities

  • Dining area

  • Lounge area

  • Secure storage area (for personal items, client files, etc.)

There is also a secluded outdoor area for practitioner use only, to take some time between clients or at the end of the day to relax and unwind.

Practitioners also have access to a multi-function printer and wifi, as well as onsite document destruction for high-security (P5) shredding of confidential records. Central heating throughout the premises, in addition to individual heating / air-conditioning units in all therapy rooms.

Therapy rooms and facilities are suited to psychology and other allied health professionals.

Room rental

Room rental includes access to off-street parking and all facilities, and covers all outgoings.
